If you have spark and fuel, the next stop would be either the crank position or camshaft position sensors.Either one of those can stop the engine from firing.

Our 2003 Saturn L200 turns over, but won't start...like it's not getting gas. This just started happening and only after we've already driven it that day. The first time it happened was...
Check fuel pressure at the injector rail. If good, suspect crankshaft position sensor--when it fails to start, check for sparks by pulling an ignition wire off the coils and holding it close to the coil with an insulated tool while someone cranks the engine. If no sparks, replace the sensor.

2000 infiniti QX4 3.3L (engine has a distributer) stalls out especially when revved from idle. Also won't start or very difficult to start, haven't been able to get it to start for a couple days...
pull one ignition cable out of cap just enough to see the tip of connector and crank it, a spark should jump from cap to tip of wire. no spark means you need the whole distributor replaced. buy it from nissan or infiniti dealer, it comes with cap rotor installed and 12 mo 12k mile warranty, no matter who installs it. dont waste time with aftermarket rebuilt distributor, those are not reliable. https://parts.infinitiusa.com/

Your car self not working could be attributed to several reasons, ranging from a dead battery, a blown fuse, clogged fuel filters or even an empty fuel tank. Luckily, you can resolve this issue through some simple troubleshooting if there are no major issues with your car.
In a car, a blown fuse will manifest itself as a minor electrical problem such as the failure of interior lights, radio, indicator, or internal features such as climate control. Sometimes, though, it can be as serious as stopping the car from starting altogether.
If the car cranks when you turn the key, but the engine won't start, it could be because fuel isn't getting to the engine. One potential reason for this could be dirty fuel injectors. Over time, the fuel injector nozzles can become clogged with rust, corrosion or debris.
The most common reason cars don't start is a dead or faulty battery. Even though most cars run on gasoline, they all require electrical power to function. The starter that cranks your engine to start requires an electrical signal to fire. If something's wrong with your battery, your car engine won't turn over.
In most cases, if a car struggles to start but runs fine once it's started, the problem is likely with the battery, starter, or ignition system. These are all essential parts of the starting process, so if one isn't working correctly, the car won't start.
A low battery is the most frequent cause of a car having power but not turning over. Other causes include a bad starter, a bad alternator, or electrical issues. If you hear clicking, whirring, or nothing at all when trying to start your car, you may have a bad starter, malfunctioning alternator, or low battery.
