Howdy folks! I am a ukulele player that has been trying to transition to more mandolin playing. I find the fifths tuning of the mandolin to be more intuitive for melody playing than the standard tuning (gCEA) of the ukulele. Unfortunately, I have been a bit disappointed in my purchasing experience so far. I read a few good reviews of an online retailer and have tried to purchase Kentucky KM150 mandolin.
