International Women’s Day is important in the pladis calender as we highlight both our progress towards gender parity but also to remind us that there is still much to do. Mark Randall hosted a great event on Monday at our R&D centre and then we also hosted a really informative session on Tuesday helping our colleagues to understand how we can each challenge ourselves to be more inclusive.
