Women’s Missionary Connection Breakfast

Ladies of VBC, plan to attend a breakfastin honor of Joni, wife of Heath, our very own Missionary to Japan. They will be the guest missionaries for our weekend Missions Conference August 10th-11th. The breakfast will be a special time to get to know Joni personally and learn how we can support and encourage her. Missions Conference and Dinner

You are invited to this year’s Missions Conference "Fishing in the Right Place”and Dinner. Melinda’s will provide turkey or ham sandwiches, or a gluten-free option of chicken salad. Included are chips and a cookie. Come and meet our local missionaries along with keynote speakers Heath Hubbard of Hope Alive, Japan, and Kevin Green, Chaplain of Garland County Jail Ministries.Dinner is $7 per person, and sign-ups for the dinner will be in the foyer on Sunday mornings thru August 4th.

Grief Share Support Group Classes

This program at Village Bible Church offers help and encouragement after the death of a spouse, child, family member, or friend. Confidential sharing in a group setting can be instrumental in the healing process. The GriefShare program is a video seminar series that features some of the nation’s foremost Christian experts on grief and recovery topics. There is a small group discussion about the weekly video content and a workbook for journaling and personal study exercises. Participants may join at any point during the 13 weeks. Come celebrate with us! Make plans now to attend The Mylon Hayes Family Concert on August 31, 2024, at 7:00pm. All are invited to this FREE event sponsored by Village Bible Church, the doors will open for seating at 6:00pm. This family’s desire is to lift up the Lord with the music they sing, pointing people to the Cross. Jesus said in John 12:32 “And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me”. He was lifted up on that cross and took our punishment because of His great love for us all. The Mylon Hayes Family hope you see Jesus and realize His great love for you in the songs they sing and the words they say.
